1 CAN THE EVENT BE CANCELLED?

We’re going through strange times and can’t be sure what the situation will be like in March. However, we DO know what our plan is.

a) If the situation allows it, the casino-club has a capacity of 250 people.
b) If there are restrictions in place, we have a great room with seating for up to 250 people that will allow everyone to maintain a safe distance from one another.
c) If the restrictions are more exacting, there are six rooms that can hold groups of as many as 50 people, either sitting or standing, to maintain a safe distance from one another. Fun shows would be put on in each of them.

d) f another state of emergency is called and events are banned, you will receive a FULL REFUND.

2 WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM COVID POSITIVE BEFORE THE EVENT OR MY CITY IS CONFINED?

TRANQUILITY: in case your neighbourhood, city or state is confined and does not allow you to travel to the event: 100% REFUND.

HEALTH: in case you have tested positive for covid-19, or are forced into confinement by your doctor when you have a family member, friend or co-worker who has tested positive: 100% REFUND.

4 IS THE SPA INCLUDED THIS YEAR?

Yes! Participants will be able to spend an hour and a half per day in the Balneario de Panticosa spa circuit, which features over 8,000 square metres of thermal baths.
In order to comply with safety and hygiene measures and capacity constraints, when you have made your booking we will ask you at what time you want to go to the spa each day.

5 IS EACH HOTEL’S PRIVATE SPA INCLUDED AS WELL?

Yes! If it’s open.

Both of the hotels we have booked have their own private spa (Gran Hotel has its own private spa, Continental Hotel shares the private spa with another hotel of the resort), which are included in the price. You can visit either of them at any time.
